What do you do and how would you describe your work?

I make a variety of handbags, cosmetic bags, rucksacks, tote bags and some clothing. I take custom orders to suit customers requirements and recently started making made to measure face coverings.

What are the materials/equipment you use?

I use a variety of different materials such as leather, faux leather, cork, cotton and soft furnishing fabrics. There is a variety of hardware for making straps and ??? and I make use of industrial, domestic and vintage sewing machines.

Where does your inspiration come from?

Other bag makers and bag designers, as well as nature to inspire my fabric and colour choices.

How does it feel being part of the Arts Central community?

Its very exciting to be working with likeminded people and I hope that it will help me to expand myself.
